Investment
Florac took a 23% stake in Herez in July 2020, alongside the founders, who will retain control of the group. The arrival of Florac enables Herez to pursue its growth while maintaining the boutique spirit which has driven the company for 25 years. As part of this transaction, all employees of the group will be offered the opportunity to become shareholders.
Key Achievements
Herez has grown its assets under advisory at a double-digit annual rate for more than 10 years, driven by inflows from existing customers and new customers (through recommendations), portfolio performance and a dynamic external growth policy, with the acquisition of ten wealth management practices, two asset management firms, three customer portfolios and one real estate services firm. Herez has its own asset management company since 2017, which provides discretionary management for its customers in addition to inhouse funds.
