Anish Aswani is a Managing Partner in charge of the Florac North America business. He joined Florac in 2016 as Managing Director in Los Angeles after ten years at Moelis & Co. in mergers and acquisitions. He had previously worked at Lehman Brothers and as an engineer at Intel. He is a graduate of UCLA and the University of Berkeley.

Patrick Bendahan is a Managing Partner in charge of the Florac Mid-Market Europe business. He joined Florac in 2016 as Managing Director, after ten years at Wendel, a family investment firm, and three years at ING in acquisition financing. He is a graduate of HEC, where he teaches an Introduction to Private Equity course, and a member of the CFA Institute.

Gautier Preney is a Managing Partner in charge of the Florac Partners Europe activity. He joined Florac as soon as it was founded in 2009, after six years spent in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard and Gruppo Banco Leonardo in Milan and Paris. He is a graduate of HEC.

Nicolas Teboul is a Managing Partner in charge of the Florac Mid-Market Europe activity. After starting at ING and then Barclays in acquisition financing, he joined the teams of Weinberg Capital Partners before heading the Paris office of Ergon Capital Partners. He joined Florac as Managing Director in 2017. He is a graduate of HEC.

Tyler Carson is a principal at Florac North America. He joined Florac in 2017, after three years in mergers and acquisitions at Guggenheim Securities. He is a graduate of Wharton (University of Pennsylvania).

Orianne Pineau is a Vice President at Florac Europe. She joined Florac in 2021 as an Associate after three years in mergers and acquisitions at Deloitte Corporate Finance. Orianne is a graduate of Audencia Business School.

Grégoire Gobert is a Vice President at Florac Europe. He joined Florac in 2022, after two years in the mergers and acquisitions department at Carrefour and four years spent in investment banking at J.P.Morgan in Paris. He is a graduate of EDHEC.

Dov Herzberg is a Vice President at Florac North America. He joined Florac in 2020, after three years in mergers and acquisitions at Houlihan Lokey and Moelis. He is a graduate of Yeshiva University.

Elisa Benayoun is an Associate at Florac Europe. She joined Florac in 2022, after two internships in mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure debt at BNP Paribas. She is a graduate of ESSEC.

Riley Delavari is an Associate at Florac. He joined Florac in 2024, after more than two years in mergers and acquisitions at RBC Capital Markets. He is a graduate of Berkeley (University of California).

Tristan Parr is an Associate at Florac Europe. He joined Florac in 2024 after founding Monday Sports Club where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer and spent 2 years at Neoen. Tristan is a graduate of Paris Dauphine and the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ULM).

Alicia Sebag is an Analyst at Florac Europe. She joined Florac in 2024, after two internships in mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs and Oddo BHF. She is a graduate of ESCP Business School and Paris Dauphine-PSL University.

Amélie Catalan is General Council at the Florac Group. She joined Florac in 2022, after ten years in investment banking at BNP Paribas Arbitrage, followed by more than ten years as Secretary General and Chief Financial Officer at Family Office. She is a graduate of EM Grenoble, with an MBA and a Master's degree in Wealth Management.

Sandy Moreau is Administrative and Financial Manager at Florac. She joined Florac in 2017 after seven years in an audit firm and obtaining her chartered accountant diploma.
