Acceptance of the terms of use
- The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions (hereinafter the “General Conditions of Use” or “CGU”) under which the Company makes available to users (hereinafter the “Users”) the possibility of browsing and using the Site.
- Use of the Site implies full, complete and unreserved adherence to these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the site

- not to broadcast content likely to endanger minors, in particular the dissemination of violent or pornographic messages;
- not to attempt to mislead other Users by usurping the name or nickname of other people;
- not to post, transmit by email or in any other manner any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property right or any other proprietary right belonging to others;
- not to post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (including engaging in “spam”, or any other form of solicitation);
- not to use the Site for abusive purposes by deliberately introducing viruses or any other malicious program and to attempt to access the Site in an unauthorized manner;
- not to denigrate the Site and/or the Company and/or other Users on social networks or by any other means of communication.
- If, for any reason, the Company considers that Users are not complying with these Terms of Use, it may at any time, and at its sole discretion, delete their access to the Site and take any measures including any legal action against them.
Accuracy and legality of information
- Each User agrees to ensure that all the information they provide—particularly information relating to themselves—is accurate, complete, up to date, and adequate. To this end, they commit to updating such information regularly.
- The User acknowledges that the Company does not have the technical or material means to verify the accuracy of all content published on the Site.

Intellectual property

Responsibility
- The Company disclaims all responsibility for any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party, outside its control, that results in a modification or alteration of the information/Content appearing on the Site or causes harm to any User of this Site; and more generally, for any damage—regardless of the cause, origin, nature, or consequences—caused by access to the Site by any person or the inability to access it, when such events are outside its control.
- The Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for technical problems or failures related to telephone networks, online computer systems, servers, Internet access providers, computer equipment, and/or User software.
Links
- Hypertext links established on the Site to other websites or other Internet sources or content (hereinafter the “External Sources”) do not engage the liability of the Company.
- Insofar as the Company cannot control these External Sources, the User acknowledges that the Company cannot be held liable for the provision of these External Sources, and bears no responsibility for the content, advertising, products, services, or any other material available on or from these External Sources.
Registered trademark information
”F” and all brands and logos belonging to the Company are trademarks protected by French intellectual property law (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Marks”). Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company, the User undertakes not to use or distribute the Marks in any way whatsoever.This prohibition extends to all signs reproducing the Company's Marks, such as, without being exhaustive: corporate names, trade names, signs, domain names, domain names, designs or models, etc.
Protection of personal data
The provisions relating to the protection of personal data appear in the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
- These CGU are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law, without taking into account the regulations applicable in the event of conflicts of laws.
- In the event of a dispute that may arise during the interpretation and/or execution of these terms and conditions or in connection with these Terms of Use, the competent courts will be those as designated in the Code of Civil Procedure.
Language
- These CGU are written in French.
- In the event that they are translated into one or more languages foreign, only the French version will prevail in case of litigation.
